Small independent site, no contact form, no booking reference, no ticket desk. Send an email and a person reads it.
Things worth writing to us about:
- A tour here whose price, duration, pickup arrangement, stop list or cancellation terms have changed. Departures and inclusions move more than you would think on an island this size, and we would rather hear it from you than notice it three months late.
- A Rapa Nui operator that is genuinely bookable and is not on the site. If it has a real, currently bookable listing page with a published price, send the link. Several island listings sit out of the lineup only because no price could be read twice, and a working one would change that.
- A question about visiting the island that neither the FAQ nor our guides answers.
- Anything on the site you think is wrong. Especially that. The park ticket, the guide rule and the entry form are the details other sites get stale, and we would rather be corrected than confident.
If you run one of these tours
Operators and guides are welcome to correct us, and we would rather be corrected than tidy. If your departure time has moved, if pickup is now included when it was not, if the group cap has changed, if the cancellation window is different, or if anything this site prints no longer matches your listing, write and say so. Corrections are made against the live listing, so the fastest route is a short note plus the page where the change is already showing.
Two things we will not do. We will not remove an accurate figure because it is unflattering, and we will not move a tour up a page. Placement follows the tour's own record, which is a rule anyone can check against the numbers on the cards.
What we cannot help with
We are not the operator. We cannot sell you a seat, hold one, move a date, cancel a reservation or refund anything, and none of those are ours to touch. Every tour on this site is sold and run by somebody else on Rapa Nui, and your booking sits with them from the moment you pay.
So if the question is about a booking you have already made, the fastest route is the confirmation email you were sent. It carries your reference, the pickup time, the meeting point and a message button that reaches the booking platform's own support and the operator behind it. On a same-day question that is always quicker than us, and on a weather call or a schedule change it is the only channel that can answer at all.
Three details worth checking on that confirmation before you email anyone. The pickup arrangement, because some tours collect you from your hotel in Hanga Roa and others meet at a fixed point in town. The start time, because the sunrise outing leaves in the dark and the stargazing session runs on the weather and the moon. And the park ticket, because no tour on this island includes it: $100 per foreign adult, bought online or on arrival, checked at the sites by rangers rather than by your guide.
